Veterans Oral History Project

Several years ago, Franklin Parish Library received grant funding to create the Veterans Oral History Project with the help of our Franklin Parish Veterans. We have DVDs available of several recorded stories from our veterans available to check out at our Main Branch in Winnsboro.
