Our Learning Center

When not needed for library activities, the meeting rooms in the Franklin Parish Library Learning Center are available for use at no cost for non-profit organizations and a fee for commercial entities Monday-Saturday. No private individuals may rent the Learning Center.

The space may not be used for religious services or political events such as rallies or fundraisers. The fact that a group is permitted to meet at the Learning Center does not constitute an endorsement of the group’s policies or beliefs by the Franklin Parish Library. The Library does not advocate or endorse the viewpoints of any group or individual.
