The 2025 budget for the Franklin Parish Library was adopted and the 2024 budget amended during a called Library Board of Control meeting on December 6, 2024. Anyone wishing to review the detailed budget may do so at the Franklin Parish Library, 705 Prairie Street, Winnsboro, Louisiana, during regular business hours.
